FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, and is intended for teeth defect restoration. Preliminarily, temporary orthopedic construction whose diameter of crown part in precervical area projects relative to contour of marginal gum, is installed for 7-8 days. Before fixation of temporary crown its edge is covered with liquid-flowing composite. It is fitted in oral cavity. After photopolymerisation of composite final processing of temporary crown edge and its fixation are performed. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to protect marginal gum from trauma during functioning and optimise process of its formation during manufacturing of permanent orthopedic construction due to application of orthopedic construction whose diameter of crown part in precervical area projects relative to contour of marginal gum and perfect fit of crown edge to borders of tooth stump. ^ 5 dwg, 1 ex |
