The invention relates to a composite body and to a method for producing same. In an especially valuable special case, the composite body according to the invention is a composite plate that can be used especially advantageously as thermal insulation on the inside of building walls. The composite body comprises two sub-bodies that adhere to each other, wherein one body (1) is at least predominantly made of mineral material and wherein the second body has a lower specific weight and is made of a mineral insulating material (2) having pores. In order to produce the composite body, a flowable mass that contains foamed sulfate aluminate cement and that cures to form the insulating material is applied to the body (1) and allowed to cure thereon. |
