PURPOSE: A grounding device is provided to make a honeycomb structure by mechanically processing a plate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cells have closed loops. The cells are arranged along with frontal and rear sides or upper and lower sides of a body(10). A protrusion portion(20) protrudes from one side of the body. The pin protrudes from the inside of a cell. The body is formed by laminating plates of stripe shapes. The plates have through holes. The through holes contact each other. Spaces are formed between the through holes.
