PURPOSE: A juicing apparatus is provided to separate fibers from fresh ingredients using fiber separating perforated plates formed on both edges of a pair of squeeze rollers. CONSTITUTION: A juicing apparatus comprises the following: a pair of squeeze rollers(20, 21) operated by motors(10, 11) to obtain juice for fresh juice materials; raw juice inducing grooves(30, 31) formed on both edges of the squeeze rollers for discharging juice; fiber separating perforated plates(80) formed on the inside of fresh juice inducing grooves for filtering fibers from the juice; curved units formed on each fiber separating perforated plates by facing each other, including plural through-holes(81); fiber removal blades(70, 71) for falling the fibers to a transfer unit(60), formed on one sides of the squeeze rollers; first and second chopping blades(90, 100) installed on the squeeze rollers and a rotary shaft for chopping the juice materials; and a juice transfer pipe(40) formed on the lower side of the fresh juice inducing grooves for storing the juice to a juice container(50). |
