PURPOSE: A functional composition with a physiological effect and a cosmetic composition, teeth cleaning composition, and hair composition containing the same are provided to ensure excellent antioxidation, safety, and stability. CONSTITUTION: A functional composition contains extract containing 100 parts by weight of Umbelliferae, 50-150 part by weight of Magnolia officinalis, and 200-300 parts by weight of Zingiberaceae. The functional composition additionally contains an effective composition containing Phellinus linteus, Glycyrrhizae radix, or aloe. The effective composition is prepared by hot water extraction or ethanol extraction of the ingredients. A cosmetic composition, teeth cleaning composition, or hair composition contains the functional composition.
