Disclosed are a call charging method, a service control device, and a call control system, for use in preventing the incapability to debit the charges of a preceding call due to a reserved credit of the preceding call being occupied by a subsequent call when the balance in the account of the user is relatively low. The method of embodiments of the present invention comprises: the service control device receiving a call control request transmitted by a switching device; extracting a call-specific parameter comprised within the call control request; determining whether or not a call control entry matching the call-specific parameter is present; if yes, returning a call rejection message to the switching device; if not, transmitting a charging request to a charging device. Also provided in the present invention are the service control device and the call control system. |
