The present invention provides a device for incubating an allogeneic soft tissue implant. The present invention provides appropriate incubation conditions and a physical stimulus to the allogeneic soft tissue implant having an introduced autologous stem cell implanted therein, and incubates and manufactures an advanced allogeneic soft tissue implant for replacing a damaged soft tissue of a human body.
