<p>Disclosed are an apparatus for cleaning cracking furnace burnt gas and recovering heat energy and materials, and a system for cleaning cracking furnace burnt gas and recovering heat energy and materials. The recovery system comprises a burnt gas pipe (1), a low-temperature desalted water pipe (2), a high-temperature desalted water pipe (3), a recovery apparatus (4) and a boiler water deaerator. The recovery apparatus comprises a tank, in which a heat absorbing tube (12), and a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe communicating with the heat absorbing tube are disposed, on which a gas inlet pipe (5) and a gas outlet pipe (6) communicating with an inner cavity of the tank are disposed, and at a bottom of which, a solid-liquid material outlet (7) is disposed, wherein the gas inlet pipe (5) is connected to the burnt gas pipe (1), the water outlet pipe is connected to the deaerator via the high-temperature desalted water pipe (3), and the water inlet pipe is connected to the low-temperature desalted water pipe (2).</p> |
