<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust roller bearing which can further improve penetration (passing) efficiency of a lubricant under high-speed rotation while responding to demands for reducing size and weight. <P>SOLUTION: The thrust roller bearing 2 includes a pair of hollow planar races 4, 6 relatively rotatably disposed opposing to each other and a plurality of rolling elements 8 arranged along a bearing inner space configured between the races. At least one of the pair of races includes a plurality of lip parts 4b, 6b along a circumference edge of the race, extending toward the other race to cover the bearing inner space, wherein the race having the lip parts is configured to have a flat shape without projections or recesses except for the plurality of lip parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
