PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a worker to perform registration operations without recognizing personal information even when the worker looks at a plurality of terminals displaying divided pieces of personal information.

SOLUTION: A document information management device is configured to: divide pieces of scanned image data to which pieces of information read from account books are converted so that individuals may not be identified based on divided information; also attach identification codes for identifying the original account book to the respective divided images; cause data input terminals to read divided images; acquire combinations of data input based on the divided images to which the identification codes are attached and the identification codes from the data input terminals; restore the acquired data based on the identification codes for the respective account books; and cause the data input terminals to display the divided images which has no regularity based on relation with the original account book without the identification codes.
