<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-life and high-efficient commutator motor which can prevent deterioration of a fastening part between a commutator and a coil and suppress wear of a brush due to spark while keeping good electrical conductivity of the brush. <P>SOLUTION: A brush holder 25 included in a brush part 20 is fixed to a bracket 12. The brush part 20 comprises the brush holder 25, a brush 21, and a brush spring 27. The brush 21 consists of carbon brush material such as artificial graphite and solid lubricant. The brush 21 is held in the brush holder 25 and is pressed against a commutator 45 by the brush spring 27. A commutator motor 11 has a pair of the brush parts 20 in which a pair of brushes 21 respectively contact with the commutator 45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
