<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein gas generated in spot welding is required to be effectively collected in a short time and the generated gas and fume are required to be collected without changing the properties. <P>SOLUTION: The gas and the fume generated from a steel plate in spot welding are confined into a space including a movable electrode part of a spot welding machine and a welded steel plate member, and clean air is introduced into the space, and the generated gas and the fume are sent out. Therefore, mixing of gas components in the atmosphere can be prevented, a correct value can be detected, and change of the properties of the gas and the fume can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
