<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch for preventing increase in contact pressure between a cylindrical roller and an outer ring even if the outer ring deforms due to spring back during press molding. <P>SOLUTION: The one-way 1 clutch includes: an outer ring 2 formed in a substantially cylindrical shape by deep drawing; a rotary shaft 3 disposed coaxially with the outer ring 2; and a plurality of cylindrical rollers 4 disposed between the outer ring 2 and the rotary shaft 3. The outer circumferential surfaces 4a of the cylindrical rollers 4 are formed in a tapered shape that enlarges the diameter gradually from one end side toward the other side. The taper angle α is set to the same angle with a taper angle β of the inside circumferential surface 2a1 of the outer ring 2 deformed in the tapered shape by spring back during deep drawing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
