<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method of measuring a moisture concentration of insulation gas, which can suppress discharge amount of sampling gas and shorten measurement time. <P>SOLUTION: A moisture concentration measuring device 16 includes: a pressure sensor 8 measuring pressure of sampling gas of insulation gas taken in from a gas insulation opening/closing device 1; a temperature sensor 9 measuring a temperature of the sampling gas; a condensation detection part 10 which has a temperature control part enabling adjustment of the temperature of the sampling gas and can detect occurence or disappearance of condensation of moisture included in the sampling gas by cooling or heating the sampling gas by using the temperature control part; and a control processing part 11 which controls cooling or heating of the sampling gas by the temperature control part, estimates a dew point based on condensation detection data by the condensation detection part 10 and temperature information from the temperature sensor 9, and calculates a moisture concentration based on the estimated dew point and pressure information from the pressure sensor 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
