<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage coaxial cable (LCX) which is easily manufactured, has adequate mechanical durability, is easily bent, is used in a narrow and winding space, and allows a slot pitch to have an adequate length. <P>SOLUTION: An external conductor 4 is formed by a braid made of metal wires, and the density of the metal wires cyclically changes in the longitudinal direction of a cable.
