<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which can be favorably adhered to the surface of a polyester resin as dispersion stabilizer even if a polylactic acid skeleton is used as a binder resin, secures heat-resistant preservability, has improved low-temperature fixability, has excellent charging stability for changes in use environment, such as image density, temperature or humidity and excellent charging stability in outputting a large amount of images, and to provide a developer using the toner, an image forming method and an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: The toner comprises: a resin particle (C) having a first resin (a) and a resin particle (B) containing a second resin (b). The resin (a) is adhered on the surface of the resin particle (B). The resin (a) is a polyester resin. The resin (b) has an amorphous polyhydroxycarboxylic acid skeleton.
