<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of preventing erroneous put-out of balls caused by an illegal act with radio wave or the like and a contact failure of a signal line. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes a game region provided with a prize hole, and a game control device that gives a game value to a player according to prize winning of a game ball entering the prize hole. The game machine also includes an illegality detecting means for outputting an illegality signal when detecting an illegal state of illegally generating a game ball prize-winning signal, and a ball detecting means for outputting a voltage level in a predetermined range when detecting the game ball entering the prize hole. The game control device includes a game control means for controlling a game in general, and a detected information transmission means having a function of detecting abnormality based on the voltage level input from the ball detecting means, outputting an abnormality signal in the case of detecting abnormality, and outputting, to the game control means, a prize-winning signal that can specify whether the game ball has entered the prize hole based on the voltage level output from the ball detecting means.
