<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily obtain information on charged amount from a terminal in real time. <P>SOLUTION: Operating time of a mobile body 31 is measured by operating time measuring means (a service meter) in the mobile body 31. Date and time is recorded by timing means (an internal calendar) in the mobile body 31. A result of measurement by the operating time measuring means which is transmitted from the mobile body 31 to a terminal 21 is collated with the date and time recorded by the timing means to calculate total operating time in service duration. A charged amount corresponding to the total operating time is calculated on the basis of corresponding relation between the operating time and the charged amount.
