Provided is a method for selectively removing catalysts from Fischer-Tropsch synthetic crude oil. The method comprises: a process for extracting a slurry that contains magnetic catalysts and Fischer-Tropsch synthetic crude oil obtained by a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction from a synthesis reactor; a process for separating any catalysts with a given diameter or larger from the slurry by means of a first solid-liquid separator; and a process in which the catalysts that were not separated using the first solid-liquid separator from the slurry from which the catalysts of a given diameter or larger have been separated are separated using a second solid-liquid separator.
