<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus, a handwriting processing method and a handwriting processing program which enable a user to more easily input a scroll instruction without trouble. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 100 comprises a touch panel 120 and a processor which receives input of handwriting characters via the touch panel 120 to display the handwriting characters on the touch panel 120.
