<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser compatible with disperse systems and various kinds of composition systems of high viscosity and/or the like, being suitably usable e.g. in forming culture layers on a microorganism-culturing sheet as such layers can be formed collectively in uniform thickness on a desired area. <P>SOLUTION: The dispenser 100 includes: dispensing liquid feed means 110 for feeding a dispensing liquid 35; a dispensing part 120 connected to the dispensing liquid feed means 110 and having a porous nozzle 125 on its end; and Z-direction moveable means 130, i.e., enabling the dispensing part to be moved vertically relative to the surface of a substrate sheet 10. This dispenser also includes: movability control means 160 for making a control of the Z-direction moveable means 130 in such a way that, after the dispensing part 120 is moved downward, it is stopped at a position having a predetermined clearance between the porous nozzle 125 and the substrate sheet 10, and then, after it is held for a predetermined period of time, it is moved upward; and extrusion control means 118 for making the control of the dispensing liquid feed means 110 in such a way that a predetermined amount of the dispensing liquid 35 is extruded while the dispensing part 120 is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
