<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tamper-resistant semiconductor device comprising a storage circuit that provides a variable logic function. <P>SOLUTION: A control circuit 24 can autonomously control a next readout address in a storage circuit 23 on the basis of information in a control field, which has been read from the storage circuit 23 in advance, or input of an external event. A normal decoder 28 decodes an address that is output from the control circuit 24, and selects at least one normal memory cell in a data field and at least one memory cell in the control field on the basis of the decoding result. Only when an enable signal is activated, a redundancy control circuit 51 disables selection by the normal decoder 28 if the address that is output from the control circuit 24 and the address of a predetermined normal memory cell are matched with each other, and selects at least one redundancy memory cell in the data field and at least one redundancy memory cell in the control field. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
