<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeder which is difficult to cause an outbreak of double feed. <P>SOLUTION: A projection part projecting onto the separate roller 29B side is provided on the downstream side in a feed direction from a separate pad 29C of a pad holder 29D, and a height of a projection part 29H is set so that an angle θ1 formed by a first virtual line L2 and a virtual tangent L1 is smaller than an angle θ2 formed by a second virtual line L3 and the virtual tangent L1. Thus, papers slide in contact with a peak part 29J of the projection part 29H while being fed on the first virtual line L2, and when the forefront side in the feed direction of the paper is pinched between a pair of resist rollers 19, the paper is fed on the second virtual line L3. Accordingly, as even when the forefront side in the feed direction of the paper fed out from the separate roller 29B is pinched between the pair of resist rollers 19, the projection part 29H is not pressed in a separate direction by the paper and friction force of the separate pad 29C and the paper does not reduce, the paper on the separate pad 29C side can reliably be stopped, and an outbreak of the double feed can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
