<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data set for each device in advance, with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An identifier recording unit 400 records an identifier for identifying data to be newly stored in a data storing unit 600. A data acquisition unit 300 acquires data, based on the identifier recorded in the identifier recording unit 400, from an external recording medium 2000 in which data associated with the identifier is stored in advance.
