<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a booklet having high security capable of preventing illegal access by counterfeiting or alteration by wiretapping radio waves from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: In the booklet having a front cover sheet and a back cover sheet, and one or a plurality of intermediate sheets between the front cover sheet and the back cover sheet, either one of the front cover sheet, the back cover sheet, and the plurality of intermediate sheets is each of an IC sheet, an antenna sheet, and a magnetic shield sheet. The IC sheet includes an IC chip and a first coupling coil coupled to the IC chip. The antenna sheet includes an antenna coil and a second coupling coil electrically coupled to the antennal coil. The magnetic shield sheet includes a magnetic shield layer.
