<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness in an optical axis direction. <P>SOLUTION: An image blur correction device includes a movable member 103 holding blur correction means 101, a guide member 104 supported to be movable in a first direction orthogonal to an optical axis with respect to a fixed member 102 and supporting the movable member to make the movable member movable in a second direction orthogonal to the optical axis and different from the first direction, a first rolling member 105 guiding the guide member by rolling with respect to the fixed member, a second rolling member guiding the movable member by rolling with respect to the guide member, first and second energizing means generating a force for bringing the first and second rolling members into rollable contact with the guide member, and drive means moving the movable member.
