<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the temperature drift of a rotation phase which is detected by using a resolver. <P>SOLUTION: A rotation phase detecting device 1 includes a resolver 6 for outputting a voltage waveform signal according to a rotation phase θ of an excited receiving winding 15 to exited windings 13 and 14 from an output winding 17; a compensation resistance circuit 21 connected to the output winding 17, and having the resistance of opposite temperature characteristics to the output winding 17; and a detecting section 7 to which the output winding 17 and the compensation resistance circuit 21 are connected in series, and to which the voltage waveform signal outputted from the output winding 17 is inputted through the compensation resistance circuit 21, and which detects a rotation phase on the basis of the voltage waveform of the inputted signal. The compensation resistance circuit 21 is provided on the resolver 6. The detecting section 7 estimates the temperature of the resolver 6 from the magnitude of voltage of the signal inputted through the compensation resistance circuit 21, and compensates a temperature error Δθ included in the rotation phase θ (DTCT) detected on the basis of the voltage waveform signal, by a compensation amount according to the estimated temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
