EDUCATION SUPPORT SYSTEM AND INFORMATION TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet demands for computerization of education in society in which computerization of daily life makes progress.

SOLUTION: An education support system includes: learner terminals used by learners; a school server which can communicate with the learner terminals; and a school network connecting the leaner terminals and the school server. The school server comprises: first storage means for storing communication settings necessary for the learner terminals to communicate with the school server and each piece of personal information concerning each learner; and transmission means for transmitting the communication settings and the corresponding personal information stored in the first storage means to the learner terminal. The learner terminal comprises second storage means for storing the communication settings and the personal information which are transmitted by the transmission means.
