<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for efficiently distributing power to sites where power demand exist. <P>SOLUTION: A power distribution assisting device acquires power consumption when a vehicle travels from a department point to a destination, acquires residual power of a battery mounted on the vehicle at the department point, determines whether a power demand exists at the destination for power conveyed by the vehicle, and provides information to urge a driver of the vehicle to charge the battery before arriving the destination when it is determined that the power consumption is smaller than the residual power and there exists a power demand at the destination for the power conveyed by the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
