PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse accommodation box equipped with a fire extinguisher capable of preventing the closing of a jet orifice due to refuse to certainly extinguish a fire through the jet orifice. SOLUTION: In the refuse accommodation box 1 equipped with the fire extinguisher 2 for extinguishing a fire when the fire occurs in the refuse accommodation box 1, the fire extinguisher 2 is constituted so that a fire extinguishing liquid jet orifice 23 for ejecting the fire extinguishing liquid in the refuse accommodation box 1 is formed to the proper place of the refuse accommodation box 1 and a filter member consisting of a punching metal 24, or the like, having a plurality of through-holes is provided to the jet orifice 23. Further, one end 22a of fire extinguishing piping 22 is connected to the jet orifice 23 and the other end of the piping 22 is arranged to the proper place of the outer periphery of the refuse accommodation box 1 to be connected to a supply pipe communicating with a supply source for supplying the fire extinguishing liquid.
