<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shift circuit that has reduced noise in an output signal. <P>SOLUTION: In one embodiment, a level shift circuit includes first and second level conversion sections. A first output acceleration circuit controls a rising edge of a first level-shifted input signal to generate a first signal having a signal change portion divided in multiple stages. A second output acceleration circuit controls a falling edge of the first level-shifted input signal to generate a second signal having a signal change portion divided in multiple stages. A third output acceleration circuit controls a rising edge of a second level-shifted input signal to generate a third signal having a signal change portion divided in multiple stages.
