<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which can efficiently manufacture a highly reliable wiring board provided with a highly reliable conductive pattern in which cracks, disconnection, a short circuit and the like are prevented from occurring. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit board manufacturing method comprises: a ceramic compact preparation step of preparing a sheet-like ceramic compact 15 composed of a ceramic material and a material containing a binder; a conductor pattern precursor formation step of forming a conductor pattern precursor 10 by discharging a conductor pattern formation ink 200 containing a metallic particle and an organic component to the ceramic compact 15 by using a droplet discharge method; a laminate step of obtaining a laminate 17 by laminating a plurality of the ceramic compacts 15; and a calcination step of calcining the laminate 17 in an atmosphere containing acid or a base to obtain a wiring board 32 having a conductor pattern 20 and a ceramic substrate 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
