<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding assisting tool for used paper in which used paper including newspapers and binding implements including a cord and scissors are contained and stored, and which allows a user to bind used paper with less effort than ever before without lifting, tilting, or turning over the used paper. <P>SOLUTION: A storage cover 4 provided with partitions 6 on the inner sidewalls thereof and has a space for used paper 9 to be stored and a space for storing a cord 10, scissors, or the like, is provided on the top of a base 1. The top surface of the base 1 is provided with a protruding mount 2 having outer edges tilted at an acute angle with respect to the top surface of the base 1, where the used paper 9 is placed, and the cord 10 is drawn through clearances between the outer edges of the protruding mount 2 and the used paper 9, thereby reducing effort for binding the used paper 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
