<p>The device (1) has a fork (6) integrated with a vertically adjustable support tube (9) and positioned with a drawbar jack castor wheel (4) between resilient axle bearings. The castor wheel slightly protrudes from a section of the device at a side of a sliding plate (2). An axle is pushed into a hole of the axle bearings, a fork hole and wheel bearing holes. The axle bearings are connected with each other by screws. The axle bearings comprise a steel strip, where an eyelet is formed at an end of the steel strip.</p>
