<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device capable of realizing a long life of a light source part at low costs. <P>SOLUTION: The illuminating device comprises a light source part 4 having plural light sources 4a-4d; a photovoltaic generation part 1 generating power by solar light; an accumulator battery part 2 for accumulating an electromotive force generated by the photovoltaic generation part 1; a lighting device 6 for lighting the light source part 4 with the accumulator battery part 2 as a power source; a human body detection part 5 for detecting existence of a human; and a control part 3 having determination means for determining day or night based on the electromotive force generated by the photovoltaic generation part 1, and controlling the lighting device 6 based on determination results of the determination means and detection results of the human body detection part 5. The control part 3 controls the lighting device 6 under a specific condition such that the determination means determines as night and the human body detection part 5 does not detect the existence of the human, so as to light some of the plural light sources 4a-4d. Under the specific condition, the control part 3 controls the lighting device 6 so that the different light source which was not used on the previous day is lit on based on the determination results of the determination means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
