<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that facilitates confirmation of a game ball waiting in a receiving apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes a receiving unit 153, and three receiving apparatuses are arranged adjacent to each other in the receiving unit 153. At the start of each game, the receiving apparatus receives the game ball stored on an upper tray 151. In detail, a receiving passage is formed in a housing of each receiving apparatus, and the game ball passes through the receiving passage in receiving the game ball. In this case, the receiving units 153 are disposed side by side with respect to the upper tray 151 such that the inside of an inlet passage in the receiving passage can be seen from a front side of the game machine, and an upper wall of the inlet passage is covered with a transparent cover member 175.
