<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a microphone which allows a direction of a directional axis to be easily changed from the exterior. <P>SOLUTION: A microphone includes: a housing having a sound collecting part 21 and provided with a microphone unit therein; a cap 3 rotatably attached to the housing so as to cover the sound collecting part 21; and a cord 22 led out form the housing.
