PURPOSE: An information processing device, a portable terminal thereof, and a memory medium thereof are provided to perform stable processing by preventing a problem caused by a function of a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A noncontact IC reader/writer unit(106) of an automatic transaction device(101) communicates with mobile phone(10) including a noncontact communication unit. A mounting unit(106a), in which the mobile phone is placed, is installed at a position in which the noncontact IC reader/writer unit communicates with the noncontact communications unit. A portable transaction mode-on command is transmitted by the noncontact IC reader/writer unit before information processing by the noncontact IC reader/writer unit.
