PURPOSE: A multi-functional transporting apparatus equipped with a carrier is provided to convert the direction of a carrier without separating the carrier from a main body. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional transporting apparatus equipped with a carrier is composed of a main frame(20), a pair of front wheel frames, a driving unit(40), a saddle part(50), a pair of handle posts(60), and a carrier(90). The front wheel frames are in connection with one end part of the main frame and installs front wheels. The driving unit is installed at another end part of the main frame and includes rear wheels. The saddle part is installed at another end part of the main frame. The handle posts are installed at the front wheel frames to adjust the directions of the front wheels. The carrier is detachably installed at the handle posts and moves and rotates the main frame.
