PURPOSE: A liquid reinforcing agent applying apparatus with respect to the surface of a sheet is provided to shorten the operational time of the apparatus by spraying polypropylene in the form of heated mist and shortening a baking operation. CONSTITUTION: A liquid reinforcing agent applying apparatus with respect to the surface of a sheet is composed of a mist chamber(20), a spraying nozzle(21), a sheet(10), and a polypropylene liquid reinforcing agent(26). The sheet is transferred to the mist chamber such that a polypropylene liquid reinforcing agent in the form of mist is sprayed on the surface of the sheet using a spraying nozzle.
