PURPOSE: An oil cooler is provided to extend the whole length of a cooling housing by connecting a third cooling housing in between a first cooling housing and a second cooling housing. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooler comprises a first cooling housing, a second cooling housing, first and second opening and closing units. The first and second cooling housings respectively comprise oil transfer holes(500), first and second coolant transfer holes. The oil transfer holes are formed in an oil flow direction. The first and second coolant transfer holes are respectively formed on the inside and outside of the oil transfer holes. The oil flowing into the first cooling housing flows out through the second cooling housing. The first opening and closing unit is connected to one end of the first cooling housing, and the second opening closing unit is connected to the other end of the second cooling housing. The first opening and closing unit comprises a coolant inlet hole(111) and a coolant outlet hole. The coolant inlet hole is connected to the first coolant transfer hole, the coolant flows in through the inlet hole. The coolant outlet hole is connected the second coolant transfer hole, and the coolant flows out through the outlet hole. The second opening and closing unit closes the oil transfer holes, and transfers the coolants to the second coolant transfer hole.
