The rolling bearing comprises an inner ring (1), an outer ring (2), at least one row of rolling elements (3) and at least one seal provided between said rings and comprising at least a lip in contact with one of the rings. The seal further comprises a grip portion (35) at least partly axially offset relative to the friction lip towards the outside of the rolling bearing, said grip portion being in a non-contact state with the inner and outer rings to allow the seal to be held and extracted outside of the rolling bearing.
