A medical waste fluid collection cart comprising a first fluid collection canister 222a and a second fluid collection canister 222b, a valve assembly 250,254,258,262 selectively in communication with the first and second fluid collection canisters 222a,222b and adapted to communicate with a source of washing liquid, a drain and a vacuum source; a valve drive system 290a-d in communication with the valve assembly 250,254,258,262 a first liquid level sensor 380a (Figure 15) positioned within the first fluid canister 222a and a second liquid level sensor 380b (Figure 15) positioned within the second fluid collection canister and a processor in communication with the first and second liquid level sensors 380a,380b the valve system 290a-d (Figure 12), the processor configuring the valve assembly 250,254,258,262 via the valve drive system 290a-d for fluid collection during a medical procedure, draining and flushing on the liquid levels of the first and second fluid collection canisters 222a, 222b detected by the first and second liquid level sensors. |
