PURPOSE: A light-emitting car number plate is provided to obtain a waterproofing effect and to prevent damage by bonding a film of a necessary color with a rubber panel-type bonding body. CONSTITUTION: A light-emitting car number plate comprises a light emitting element(4), a power line(5), a film(2) of required color, and a rubber panel-type bonding body. The power line is arranged after the light emitting element is inserted into a transparent rubber panel(7) within 10mm correspondently to an area of letters and numbers of a car number plate. A black or white colored film is attached on a front surface of the car number plate. The rubber panel-type bonding body within 1mm is attached on a rear surface of the car number plate and provides waterproof and damage prevention effects and reflects lights.
