<p>The assembly (10) has a set of cutting units (21, 23) for separating materials (63, 64) assigned to another set of cutting units (20, 22) for anode and cathode materials (61, 62) and forming cutting stations (73, 74), respectively. A transport device (75) includes transport rollers (25-27) for anode blanks, cathode blanks and separator blanks, respectively. The transport rollers are arranged on a combined slide (17) that is moved between the cutting stations and a pile (2). The transport device alternatively starts the cutting stations.
