A threshold strip assembly comprises a cover strip 10 having a pair of walls (14, 16, figure 1) defining a first channel, a base strip 30 having a pair of walls (32, 34, figure 1) defining a second channel and a connector strip 40a comprises a connector member having a first end region (44a, figure 3) and a second end region (46a, figure 3). The first end region is configured to be insertable into the first channel and the second end region is configured to be insertable into the second channel to connect the cover strip to the base strip. The connector strip further comprises of one or more flexible fins (52a, figure 3), extending from the first end region, second end region or both. The flexible fins engage with ridges or grooves in the channels of the base strip and cover strip to secure the connector strip in position. The connector strip features a pivot seam 60a, where different sections of the connector member are able to pivot about the seam, in order to allow for an adjustment in the relative angle of the cover strip relative to the base strip. |
