The locking screw (1) for a pin with at least one lateral drilling, used at the medullary cavity of a long hollow bone, has a longitudinal axis (14) and an outer thread (5) at least in sections around its shaft (4). The screw head (6) has a larger diameter than the thread, with a passage (8) parallel to the axis and the thread to hold a longitudinal wedge lock (9). The wedge lock has an outer thread (16) matching the inner thread (15) at the passage.
