PURPOSE: A clamping nut and a flow plug having the same are provided to prevent the clamping nut from becoming bulging by considering the deformation of clamping nut in a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A clamping nut(10) comprises a body unit(12). The body unit comprises a hollow portion(12A) to be fitted into an object. The body unit is caulked at a predetermined depth. The entire part or inner part of the body unit is projected toward the hollow portion. One of the ends of the body unit is formed into an inclined surface.
