PURPOSE: A nonvolatile memory system and a feature information setting method thereof are provided to operate a nonvolatile memory device at high speed by reducing data input time after an address transmission and feature information setting time after data input. CONSTITUTION: A nonvolatile memory system includes a controller(110) and a nonvolatile memory device(120). The nonvolatile memory device is controlled by the controller.
