The angled lever (3') is provided with two arms (2a,2b), where the lever is fixed with the latter arm at a shell component (1') made of fiber-reinforced plastic. The former arm is formed for a force application element. The lever has two elbows (5',7'), which are prefabricated in a single piece in each case. An independent claim is included for a method for fixing an angled lever at a shell component for adjustment angle controlling of a rotor blade.
